- 1-2 dried red peppers
How to make curry shrimp and karla with mustard sauce
- Take a kadhai / skillet: Add enough oil and heat to taste, then reduce the heat to medium and add panchphoran and dried red chillies.
- Once the flavor comes out, add the chopped onion and fry lightly until translucent, then add the shrimp / shrimp and continue to fry for about 2 minutes.
- Now add karla and potato, keep stirring for 2 more minutes or more, then add salt, turmeric powder, paprika powder, sugar, mustard paste etc. Until everything is well mixed (except butter)
- We need to cover the pot with a lid and add some hot water and now it has to boil well.
- When everything is cooked, stir and finally pour the ghee and mix everything again very well (adjust as shown in the picture), turn off the heat and cover while standing for about 10 minutes.
