- Pour oil in a pan and add 1 onion.

- Add paprika powder, turmeric, coriander powder and the onion and garlic seasonings.
- Add the small prawns and season with salt.
- Add about 3 to 4 tablespoons of water.
- Cover with a lid and add water.
- Chk to avoid burning to the ground.
- When the prawns are cooked, add the sauce
- Add lemon juice and mix well
- Add brown rice and mix well
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro
- Ready to serve
