  12. Wet dressing - mix everything and marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  13. 100 ml of milk
  14. 1 teaspoon of chili powder (if you don't like spicy, reduce it)
  15. 1 teaspoon of white pepper
  16. 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt
  17. 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  18. 1 teaspoon of chicken powder
  19. Other
  20. 15 king prawns
  21. kitchen oil

Steps for cooking crispy fragrant shrimp

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients. except water. Take a step
  2. Mix all the wet ingredients together and set aside.
  3. Clean the shrimp and try to straighten them, but cut and flatten them in the center.
  4. Put all the shrimp in the wet marinade and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Heat a pan with oil, making sure it is very hot (about 150).
