Steps to make shrimp pulloo

- Add water (1: 1.5 :: rice: water). Cover it with a lid until it starts to boil. Test the water for salt and spices.
- Dry the rice well.
- When the water boils, add the rice. Mix thoroughly.
- Cook it in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes over low heat.
- Mix and serve. Garnish with lemon and onion.
