How to make Mankorian Shrimp
- Weigh the shrimp clean and dynamically, add salt, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, cornmeal, rice flour, a little food coloring (optional) together and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the shrimp until golden brown and set aside.
- To prepare the sauce, heat it in a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons oil, add onion, garlic, green pepper and paprika and fry on high heat (garlic does not burn), then reduce the heat and immediately add to the saucepan. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and chili sauce, vinegar. If necessary add only salt (used sauce contains salt) and stir quickly, then add cornstarch to the water (1/2 cup water + 1 teaspoon cornstarch) and stir until the sauce thickens.
