- Now roll the mixture into red balls for a deep frying pan. Heat the oil inside. The shrimp mixture is a little sticky and hard to make round balls, so take a teaspoon of the mixture and fry it in the oven. After frying the noodles, we continue to prepare the curry
- For curry, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan. Add onion and tomato paste and mix well. Taste this paste for 2 minutes and immediately add a mixture of green chili paste, red pepper paste and a tablespoon of shrimp. Add a tablespoon of mustard. And salt to taste. Grease this paste well for the next 5 minutes and close the lid.
- Then add two glasses of water. Close the oven lid and cook for another 5 minutes. Cook over medium heat
- You can buy coconut milk directly from the store or you can also make it from roasted coconut. All you have to do is crush the coconut in a good amount of water and then strain the mixture to get the coconut milk.
- Finally, add coconut milk and mix well. After a minute or two, add the spices and close the lid for another 5 minutes. boil
- Our shrimp is ready. Serve with rice and naan / roti
